Elisa Miller-Out is Chloe Capital’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner. She is an experienced serial tech entrepreneur, having founded and led seven companies over 25+ years. She is an experienced investor, having invested in 45 companies, in addition to executing 10 M&A transactions. Elisa is also an active board director and community builder. As an Innovation Advisor at NYSERDA, she helps advise on an $800 Million portfolio of entrepreneurship and investment programs for climate tech startups. She also serves as a mentor and Entrepreneur in Residence with several organizations, including Cornell University’s Center for Regional Economic Advancement, Launch NY, 76West and others. In addition, Elisa is an instructor with the National Science Foundation Innovation Corps and a guest lecturer at Cornell and Columbia. Elisa serves as a board director at Dimensional Energy, Impact Makers, Switch and as chair of the board at Singlebrook, a custom software services firm Elisa co-founded and led as CEO for over 10 years. Elisa oversaw the successful acquisition of a division of the company in 2016. Myneco Ramirez
Myneco Ramirez, Partner at Chloe Capital, is a data-centric technologist, entrepreneur, and ecosystem-builder with 15 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving. Passionate about crafting innovative, scalable, and efficient technical solutions, Myneco’s entrepreneurial journey began while pursuing her Information Technology degree at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Fueled by a desire to assist others, she offered website design and implementation services to small businesses and concurrently developed a personal website to aid peers in securing IT jobs during the 2008 US financial crisis. Over the years, Myneco has served in critical technical support roles and has continued to leverage her expertise to help founders. While working to scale the network infrastructure at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Myneco embarked on a personal mission to strengthen Upstate New York’s tech ecosystem. This led to her third entrepreneurial venture—an international corporate events consulting firm, strategically launching tech corporations into North American markets through New York State. This venture intersected with Chloe Capital’s future co-founding partners, paving the way for Myneco to play a pivotal role in building and executing Chloe Capital’s tech initiatives while also spearheading the firm’s virtual programs, fundraising accelerators, and cross-country events that define the #InvestInWomen Tour. Currently, Myneco occupies key roles on Chloe Capital’s leadership team, accelerator execution team, and investment committee. Beyond her contributions to Chloe Capital, Myneco is a real estate and angel investor, boasting a portfolio of over a dozen direct investments.
Chirag Richards-Desai
Chi serves as Partner at Chloe Capital. He is an experienced technology entrepreneur and operator currently focused on scaling SaaS and tech-enabled companies. He is the managing partner of an growth-equity investment firm (Vireo Growth Partners) & management consultancy (Vireo Group) and in those capacities, serves in executive positions as growth and financial advisor to several companies. Chi also serves as an active board member at local non-profits and has an extensive background in finance, operations, and M&A.
