Healthcare facilities need nurses, and competition for talent is intense. Janna Westbrook is the Founder and CEO of Provider Pool, an online labor marketplace that connects healthcare facilities to nurses for on-demand staffing needs. It’s the future of work in healthcare, already used by over 500 nurses. The total addressable market is nearly $18 billion. Janna and co-founder, Rodney McGill received investments from both Chloe Capital and ECMC Foundation.
$1B New Market Uncovered; Behavior Coaching for Enterprises
Companies spend $32 billion on e-learning and leadership training to help managers develop interpersonal skills. Beth Porter is the Founder and CEO of Riff Analytics, an AI-powered SaaS platform currently being used by corporations to strengthen remote teams, and spur culture change. Riff uses outcomes from audio and text data to change behaviors, like bias and dominance. Beth received an investment from Chloe Capital. Angel investor Jason Palmer will co-invest.
